This information is supplied to the public and prospective home buyers upon request, and is also contained on our Website. Government Affairs Representation The HBA of Greater Cincinnati has a full-time Director of Government Affairs position. The person in this position works closely with government officials, county officials and city/township officials to insure policies and regulations are "industry friendly". HBA Build-PAC Through a donation to the HBA Build-PAC, a member supports candidates who support housing industry issues in upcoming elections. A brochure is available highlighting the Build-PAC Procedures. Build-Fax Build-Fax is the Association's listing of building permits within our jurisdiction. It is published every other week and mailed to member-only subscribers. It is a timely, comprehensive compendium of building permits designed to keep subscribers informed on who's building what and where in the dynamic Cincinnati marketplace. A sample is available for review. Builders can keep on top of what their competitors are doing . . . where they are building, in what price range and if their activity is up or down. Developers can learn where builders are buying lots . . . which counties seem to be growing, if there are any signs of over or under building and what the absorption rate is. Subcontractors and Suppliers can use Build-Fax to develop and cross-check their own prospect lists . . . learn whether or not they're getting their share of the market and who the "players" are that they want to cultivate Anyone and everyone wants and needs a better handle on what's happening in the "billion-dollar-plus" Cincinnati housing market. HBA Logos Any member of the Association can obtain copies of the exclusive HBA logo, at no extra charge, any time they need to. There are many different sizes available.
